According to VentureBeat, Microsoft is about to get served with a class action lawsuit because they’ve allegedly made efforts to cover up the XBox 360 gaming console defects. The popular tech site also references past instances of XBox issues. Being the experts that you are, I was wondering about your experiences with this console.

With a career that’s run the gamut from bartending, to teaching, to repairing, Ginko’s dynamic mind has led him in his rapid ascent at FixYa. With 3608 solutions and closing in on 1000 votes, he is has been our top Expert for a while now. His carefully thought out solutions set the bar for his fellow Experts and have provided help for hundreds upon hundreds of customers.

FixYa’s Experts are a multifaceted bunch. One of our well-rounded Experts is Slinteriors, with 4121 solutions under his belt. This Expert obviously makes good use of both halves of his brain as he is not only an experienced repairman, but an artist and artisan as well.

A: I was born in Wichita, Kansas and am now living in Tampa, Florida. I have been either in the technical support or telecommunications industry for several years now.
