I just joined your website and I like it very much, I like how you are rewarded for helping other with their problems and that you can share your expertise and be rated for it. However I find it very difficult to help many people on here, particularly those with computer problems because they do not provide enough information, I suggest that you make it mandatory to provide basic information for every problem. Such as full computer hardware specifications, manufacturers, model names, operating system version so on and so forth. Many of the users hardly write more than a scentence to describe their problem.

Also i wanted to ask if posts and title names could be edited and modified after posting because sometimes we make mistakes or want to make changes in our posts. That would be a good feature to add, the ability to change, or remove your posts including the title, or model number or the device you are troublehooting.
